That "horrible" watermark its so trivial to deceive that's laughable, but we have our lives to live, instead of wasting our time with that !@$!@#$!@#$ RLC joke, When I have the SPARE time I will deal with that. But I remain FIXED on my stand that RLC is the WORST online service provider, EVER, and for what it seems it will be like this for EVER AND EVER........ idiots thinking that are CLEVER WIZARDS !!! Member of RLC, did you ever receive an email saying something likes this " WE ARE SORRY that we have to ban your account because of xxxx reason....' I DON'T thing so. You just TRIED to log to find you are banned. You emailed and then a ROBOT answered you !!!!! I understand you are SCARED to criticized RLC in FEAR it will ban you (for the RLC subscribers) but the power is IN YOU, NOT on RLC. RLC, For the LAST time. reinstate my account. I have said that many times before, I will abide with your rules, DON'T make me an enemy but a royal subscriber. The ball is in YOUR field.

I am in Europe and I have both choices, but again I REPEAT, I have been in online services in more or less my whole life. RLC has the WORST management in any angle you see it. The WORST, their success its in their product which it will not be unique for a long time. This is INTERNET, banning someone for EVER automatically creates the URGE for the banned subscriber to DEFEND him/herself. Most baned subscribers are NAIVE but maybe 1% are HACKERS or professionals that are TURNED towards HACKING because they feel CHEATED, ANGRY, DECEIVED, etc, etc.... This is why RLC is the worst management company in the whole world. They THINK they can DEPEND on their SUCCESS and that gives them the easy option to be arrogant, if they were managed by a PROPER business CEO they would treat their ASSETS, that means US, with RESPECT and EXPLOIT us, not PUNISH us, anyway.... too tired tonight to highlight the million mistakes of RLC, and its a shame because they are dynamically, right now, able to dominate their market, but instead they are shooting themselves on the foot. History repeats and always will !!!!

Spoon I have Apologized about my actions. I took responsibility about them, I have even told them they were RIGHT to ban me. Then in the new account, without ANY infringement to their rules, and an ASSURANCE I will abide them, they banned me. No email about it, no explanation, not a SINGLE COMMENT, as if every character they type COSTS money. I pay for my mistakes, I take responsibility for them. You seem to be an ANGEL, you never make mistakes, but if you do make a mistake you must pay for the rest of your life. OK mate, thanks for the lesson, you are right, it is simple as that. You don't believe in apologies, or forgiveness or second chances, you are REALLY an ANGEL !!!!! a PERFECT soul. !!!!! But INTOLERANCE creates REACTIONS :(

I agree with you phantom, but RLC is supposed not to be a ROBOT, its supposed to be run by HUMANS, I have CLEARLY stated in my mail, that I will ABIDE by their rules and THAT'S why I resubscribed with a CLEAN account without ANY intention of violating their rules. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone deserves AT LEAST A SECOND CHANCE. But RLC is run by PERFECT people that NEVER make mistakes, they have NO idea or experience of forgiveness or SECOND chances. You are either PERFECT or you DIE !!!! What a motto, What a company, What support, What kind of ALIENS running this business, what ARROGANCE, and I would not be surprised if they are PROUD of their behavior, go figure it out. !!!!! If they have such an IRON fist, well.... there is an ABUNDANCE of iron on this planet !! :) They are the WORST company I ever came across in my life, they don't even have the MINIMUM of treatment to the people that make their LIVING. This is so RIDICULOUS that maybe that's what makes their hormones peak, an erection !!!! Such arrogance its a first for me. But again is the type of business they are into. Think of WHAT type of people start such a business. Money oriented, NO formal education, like drug trafficking, people of the lowest quality in life, capitalizing in the most ancient need of people, need for MEN. So their attitude speaks LOTS of their education, moral attitudes, social behavior ect. I can call them iPIMPS, No respect to the people that make their living. I have to be honest. After my last email, I have expected even a shred of human feelings as a response. But, of course, NO response. They respond only if your email has the dollar sign somewhere. You are a PIMP CUSTOMER, OBEY them, pay them, KICK you if you don't respect THEIR rules. DON'T EXPECT THEM TO RESPECT YOU. Since when a PIMP respected a customer that made him the PIMP his IS. Its a shame. If I was a CEO in in RLC, and with their phenomenal success, for now, I would in SIX MONTHS THE MOST, make this side THE side. I mean THE SIDE on the internet. But history NEVER TAUGHT anything to anyone. They will follow their arrogant likes....

Clive thank you very much for your info. I am not sure I want to give them any more money. This depends on the content of their services (apartments) and also their attitude. Maybe I can find a way to have a full membership for FREE. THIS is what they have made my mind thing of this moment. They could just reinstate my account or refund the REST of my money, since they knew who I am they could monitor me, and still take my money, while I was respecting their rules. They CHOOSE to confiscate my money (STEAL) and that is NOT acceptable. Its NOT the money, its the PRINCIPLE. So ANOTHER stone in their GLASS HOUSE

If you erase the cookies from RLC you always get a new watermark ID on the bottom left side of the screen. So is not THAT id that counts.

Clive, as I said, I did that so RLC did not think I was trying to cheat them, just turning a page with a CLEAN account. Believe me, if I want to renew my subscription and want to cheat them, they will think I am an ESKIMO from Antarctica. But they are STUPID and ARROGANT and EXTREMELY bad business managers. So, so mode it be !!!!

I've made a small pictures flood, because I am PISSED with RLC and their ARROGANT way of running their business. I had no intention of posting them, ever, but tonight I feel a bit of revenge!!!! I was 3 weeks on my account when they banned me. I emailed and said sorry, and they were RIGHT for banning me. A few days later I made a NEW account with a different email provider but with the SAME NAME and payed with the SAME card through the SAME provider, sort of NOT TRYING TO CHEAT them. 2 days later they banned me. Mind you they don't even send you an email or tell you you are banned. I emailed back and said that I've created a new account, I did not violate any of their rules and I had NO intention of violating them and asked them to reinstate my account and I ASSURED them I will abide by their rules, or at least, be fair and refund my money. They answered, we don't refund money and a link to their rules, NOT A SINGLE comment to the whole email I've sent them. BUT they have banned an account that VIOLATED their rules, and this was a NEW account with the ASSURANCE that will not violate their rules. They live in a GLASS HOUSE and they have the nerve to throw STONES. I cannot understand their PRIMITIVE and NAIVE way of running business. It must be a bunch of kids that suddenly found a floc of ships and cows to milk without knowing that what goes around comes around. FIRST they could warn a subscriber that he/she violates their rules, banned their account for 24 hours (or whatever) and if that continues they will be banned FOREVER. SECOND, when they a ban an account they could AT LEAST tell you about it and WHY they are so SURE YOU have violated their rules. If I was running RLC, and having the present (temporary) SUCCESS I would make sure I can CAPITALIZE on it. Make LOYAL subscribers, RESPECT them, give them a SECOND chance, make them happy and TAKE their money, even when competition starts to diminish RLC, capitalizing on my ROYAL happy subscribers, whom I RESPECT, I listen to them, I CORRESPOND with them, would give me the EDGE. I have an experience with Carbonite, the online backup service, well folks I HAVE NEVER FELT SO IMPORTANT AND PRECIOUS. Their online help is second, third, fourth to NONE. WOW.... RLC listen and take lessons. I would not change them even if a super trooper online backup service appears if they DON'T have at least 10% of their support service. They are AMAZING. RLC sucks, and it sucks BIGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG. It does not matter how many watermarks or other sh@#t they put on their side. If they make ENEMIES then their enemies will find a way to bypass their @$%@@#$ protection. Banning IP's etc is also stupid. The best way is to treat their subscribers as HUMANS and treat them as if each and EVERYONE passed through the DESK when they subscribed. They would have OWNED THE WORLD. Imagine, JUST IMAGINE, for RLC to treat you as a human, a Client, a Customer, a Subscriber their means of INCOME, with rights and responsibilities, JUST IMAGINE it. What fucking millionaires they would have been for a long longgggg time, despite the competition. But this is life, Idiots run this planet, blind of their actions, drunk and arrogant without a trace of feelings or responsibility of their actions. By profession I am computer programmer and my company, which I am a CEO offers security and other services. Just to remind RLC that stones and glass house don't go together, and instead of creating enemies, the BEST strategy, especially in the (for now) their unique success is to to create LOYAL followers and mouth to mouth advertising. Just my 1 cent of advice. Have fun friends, life is short and very my VERY interesting.
