    Yeah, it was staying there to help Nikol that made Lev even more angry. Feya and Vanya are friends of Nikol's, so it's normal that they were there to help her, especially since Lev wasn't exactly in his right mind. You never know what someone might do when they're angry, especially when that person is usually calm, smiling, and friendly with everyone.

    I don't think Lev's anger was directly directed at Vanya. I think Feya and Vanya mainly wanted to help Nikol and try to bring Lev back down to earth, but Lev wasn't in a state to do so. Ringing the doorbell after he slammed the door shut on them was the last straw for Lev
