Thank you all. I was reading some of the posts regarding the same issues and some one posted the "new" link and I filled out the info and then a green check mark along with email and user name. Seems to be working now. Thanks again all

Hello admin again I have paid,filled out the email and user name got the green check mark. it's been about 24 hours and nothing but $12 gone. Please let me know how to proceed. I had the same issue last year which never got resolved. Thanks camfan4life
