    Not in Northern Europe where I live (Scandinavia/Germany etc). You WILL get a ticket if you are caught smoking weed no matter how much. It's not black/white in Europe. There's many differences incl. the level of what happens when you smoke weed.

    Oh they are major HYPOCRITES! They don't want to set the same standard for Dylan as the other guy. The other guy was chubby and not fucking anyone = not as popular. They had also accused him of drug dealing for a while. They just did not like him at all and when the chance came they kicked him out (I agree to that though). But now there's a popular dude (I liked him too) who fucks lots of chicks and when he does the exact same groping it's all dandy OK with the HYPOCRITES. I reported the groping and it's now up to RLC AND Aziza to decide what they want. I am sure they will ask her and if she's ok with his constant groping then I rest my case. If she is not ok with it he has to go. End of story!
