I don't understand that they are happy to have fixed some of the problems. I'd only be happy if I'd fixed them all and had a group of happy customers, which they do not have.

All they are doing is putting a sticking plaster on the problems instead of getting to the root of the problems. Probably happen again tomorrow night.

Submitted a ticket for what it's worth. I think this is the last time I resubscribe. They don't deserve the custom.

This is why I am fed up of sending tickets, they do nothing, they then close the ticket thinking you would be happy. Nothing is further from the truth, getting more disappointed day after day.

Same message for me, heard it so many times that I am fed up of submitting tickets. It's one way to force you to get a hobby, certainly fed up of the site at the moment

If you want to post pictures for your own group of friends you should make your own forum, fed up of seeing pages of nothing, either post pictures for everybody or don't post at all.

I think she is great, it's a pity, they have been paired with Hugo and Beverley. They have no interaction with any of their guests at all, such a shame after their casting. It's turned out to be a borefest of an apt.

Pity he didn't do a better job, then we could have some decent participants.

I hope all three stay and Pablo goes, done nothing lately and can't watch him now with that hair without laughing. Hope he never paid for it.

Then why expand, get this site right before they even think of that or are they just after the money with no thought to who is paying it to them.

But VH use it as an advertisement to get new customers so it should be their responsibility.

Also annoying is the fact that videos that don't play in the library are left there, if they don't play remove them or is that too much like work for them. I'm talking about the ones reported to VH so they have no excuse.

It makes you think twice about renewing especially when you don't even get a decent answer from them. Their customer service is one of the worst I've encountered. Why keep on advertising on twitter when you have no chance of watching, it's called rubbing your nose in it.

When oh when are they going to get their act together, off for most of the day then comes back worse than ever, am sick of it. They should compensate everybody with extra days for putting up with this shambles. They expect a lot from their customers.
