    In my opinion , RLC is losing viewership as long as the best room in both villas stays without a tenant . The majority can agree that whenever ANYTHING happens in this particular room , viewership works perfect for RLC . It is the combination of the jacuzzi , the fact that many people can be in both the room and the bathroom and there are many cameras . With that being said , unless RLC is waiting patiently for the next tenant to occupy this room ( meaning that it is already being chosen ) , I can’t understand why they don’t give it to Kaya who ( again in my opinion ) is the current TOP and BEST RLC tenant in ALL of Barcelona apartments . I totally like that she does whatever she wants , whenever she wants with whoever she wants . She has the RLC villa attitude girl , unpredictable , funny , social , it isn’t her problem that Zara and Dana and Roxa live in their own micro world . She’s fine with Brandon and I think it won’t be an issue with either Astra or Amirel . I am ALWAYS a fan of girls of her age that have this approach in life , between 20 to 30 people should experience as much as possible in life so as to learn as much as possible , grow up mentally and physically of course with their age . And then , between 30 to 40 , use their experiences and make “ targeted “ decisions and sit back , relax and start enjoying a more quality life as they have lived so many things and experiences during their 20 to 30 decade of their lives . For me , Kaya should have the penthouse bedroom and it has been posted and discussed here that she might have expressed interest to be the tenant in this room .

    I think we are getting closer so as RLC announces Kaya as the NEW penthouse tenant …😈😈😏😏.. let’s see wha this evening brings , it has started quite interesting 😋

    It is really very strange to see them departing , as it was said , it took them so much time to bring the apartment “ fixed “ and “ made “ the way it feels like home for them , they even have a new couch , when it all seemed settled and at last have some relaxed times , they are going . It doesn’t feel that it is a RLC decision , I think we would have been able to realize the frustration . I think the majority won’t miss them but I think the majority might feel a bit bitter seeing them going after those EPIC efforts of more than 2 months to have the apartment their pleasant way .

    Ukrainian people have no restrictions being in any European Union country currently due to the war , no visas or papers needed . But EU wants to change this and there have been talks on that in the European Parliament , at the moment indefinite stay is valid till March 2027 and they can move easily in Europe .

    We can also interpret this with a different approach .. What if February was disastrous with payments and the girls think that they need to do more for better salaries ? OR …. What if February was a really great income month , RLC rewarding them with the best salaries they saw in months and the girls just getting like this a motivation for their RLC presence . Let’s see how it goes .

    This ( Olya and Diane ) will be remembered as one of the TOP 5 moments in the history of this site , a reminder on how great RLC Barcelona and the B4 villa used to be .

    Kali is a great tenant but I think it is the dog the problem that she can’t have a Barcelona apartment . While living in B5 , it seems the dog was nearby as wasn’t allowed to have it inside B5 . And I think this is why she can’t be a tenant , of course as I said , I agree that she’s an excellent tenant .

    Let’s see how ready is RLC for the new tenants to cover the two ( soon ) empty rooms. I hope we get the two lovely ladies ( Savaira and Chilli ) back , unless this happens , the new girls are VERY VERY crucial for the success of B1 , after the strange ( twice ) stay of Vira and the extreme difficult coexistence of Jen and Vivi which was in the end difficult to follow and watch this legendary apartment , let’s hope for a nice REBOOT for B1 and that for the rest of the year we can only discuss positive and with much interest for B1 .

    Just friends with benefits always , it just depends on times if they aren’t single , then they just “ meet and greet “ . It is always nice when you know that whenever you feel horny or missing some “ sex adventures “ to have someone and enjoy . No commitments , no feelings , as long as both people manage this , it is a gift . I will always think that Wolf’s greatest “ mind fuck “ has been Margo , this woman gave him all and their moments and chemistry was the best he had with any girl we have seen.

    I think the “ mice talk “ is the most consistent topic in this forum to be discussed since the change of the year 😂, more than two months and we still speak about it . In my opinion , amateur solutions ( traps , glue and so on ) can’t permanently solve the problem , it is a really big problem that needs professionals to interfere to solve it once and for all . Let’s see how it will be , soon this area ( kitchen eating / preparing food and drinks ) will be used more and more as it is the direct connection to the pool ( together with the living room ) .

    At the moment , she’s certainly the one deserving it . It can even free the bedroom in B7 and a male tenant have it as the concept of B7 is ( two male tenants should be there ) .

    With Brianna it is really strange . She’s most probably the youngest villas tenant ( maybe Gelia is younger ) , EVERYONE that she’s interacting with has fun and occasional or more often sex and she’s the one who doesn’t . She’s in a course to become the longest tenant ( I have predicted that she might even make it more than Madison ) , we know she’s low profile but a girl of her age keeping her “ sexual life “ inactive is so really weird . Let’s see if the spring / summer will “ change “ her mind’s chip and she looses a lot so as to enjoy the villas privileges .

    It is a shame for their employees that RLC isn’t taking action in this ( in my opinion ) most challenging issue since the site was launched , regarding the healthy of the people living there . I really don’t know what more they expect than gather them in onw of the two villas or deactivate cameras in certain rooms , bring a professional disinfection unit and solve this once and for all . It can’t be that RLC isn’t aware of the issue , on the other hand , it is also kind of “ awkward “ from the girls really not taking it as serious as it is , maybe they have never experienced what mice can do to human health , let’s hope they don’t face the circumstances . RLC deactivated Nelly’s and Bogdan’s area easily and has never been brought online again . They can easily make the same for rooms in B4 but nobody seems to care .

    Let’s hope they understand some of the mistakes rehiring a really great duo like Savaira and Chilli have been .

    In a way , if they rejoin , it would be like RLC admitting making an epic failure mistake . What’s the point to fire them and then rehire them ? Of course , time is the best doctor and let bygones by bygones as they say , but both parties ( especially the girls ) , in case they rejoin , i think they will always have deep inside them the “ fear “ that can be kicked out any moment and I don’t know if this affects them . Let’s wait and see , but as I have said many months ago , I truly believe that Savaira rejoins at some point in 2026 . And with Chilli now around also , I hope they are in final negotiations for a big return , I think the majority really loved these two girls .

    It is really difficult to explain RLC decisions , for example the most recent , Dominga and Simonne .. why removing them ? Savaira and Chilli ? There are deeper issues than we can see and understand , I even question in which range RLC has / is benefitted / benefiting of such decisions .

    Nice girl , really bad (RLC ) tenant . A couple or more of “ incidents “ can’t equalize her overall stay so far . It is difficult that she changes the way of her stay , it would be a major surprise . The best tenant we saw in months in this apartment unfortunately stayed just for a month ( Ivy ) .
