Dear Amy, Though I try to read everything, I just can't read all the incoming messages. I've read what you talked about in the lasts posts, and I don't feel like trying to persuade either you, my dear, or anyone else, regarding "forced porn" and other things like that. Everyone at VHTV knows, that every apartment or studio lives on their own, and follows their own rules, if they are set. We don't intervene into this, unless they break the rules. And everyone is aware of how to change something they do not like - do not watch the apartments you dislike, pay attention to those you like watching, and you will see how it changes itself - just because people living under the cameras will see that they lost the viewership. That is it. We at VHTV rely on the data of audience interest. If we see something is not working for the audience that stays at our website and the audience than finds out about our website, we adjust our content and business processes to be able to stay at the cutting edge of all the aspects of great voyeur entertainment. Those apartments with no viewership "base" will be gone from the website themselves, just cause it won't make sense for them to stay in the form they are, unless they would like to change the way they act for good.

Our team has requested additional information on Paisley & Cletus status and the whole history of what's been happening prior to them being kicked out. I can't disclose private information of the participants themselves, as that's only their right to do so, so let me try to explain how we at VHTV see what happened. During the time participants Paisley & Cletus stayed at VHTV under Alex & Lina management, both participants never returned the money their managers lent them to pay for the rent and other costs. We have information on where these participants could spend the money dedicated to pay for utility bills, but that's just the thing I'd rather not discuss, as it's just gross IMO. So, given the fact these participants never returned any money to managers which were lent to them, and the fact they destroyed TV in the apartment (which is owned by a landlord), that should give both them and you, dear forum members, on why they could receive less than they could possibly expect. As per the comment: What we know of is that their belongings were left stored safe and sound for them to pick up later at Clara & Stas just because there were other participants to arrive into apartment, previously occupied by Paisley & Cletus, and the managers could not leave belongings there. Not only that, Paisley & Cletus should have picked their belongings up today by 5:00PM local time, and yet they never appeared to do so. And that's the story. Personally I'd rather believe Alex & Lina on this, as we at VHTV watched this couple while they've been online, and we are aware of their background, which gives no reason for us to rely on them anymore. I suggest Paisley & Cletus to apologize for misleading everyone and think again about their actions. J.

We do not tolerate violence at Voyeur House TV, and it is against the rules to do so. That's why the apartment is shut down for further investigations. Sorry for interruption and the fact it happened. Those responsible for that happened are no longer invited at this apartment, as well as any other. I kindly ask you to remove footage and screenshots of the violence act here at this topic, as we would like participants, who live in this apartment to stay safe and distanced from such idiots like the guy who did this. This is not their fault this person lost his bounds, and we hope you see eye to eye with us on this. J.

Dear Nack, dear everyone, We are aware of the problems with archive. Actually, it was us who produced these problems, and we have the reasons. First of all, the videos that are not playable at the moment will be playable as soon as possible. So don't worry, they won't be lost. Second, the reason it happens is because we are moving the whole archive of moments to other storage infrastructure, which is dedicated to deliver these videos much more faster and efficiently. Becasue of that, the server load to current infrastructure is very high at the moment, and that causes some moments to be saved for much longer time than it was before. In some cases, saving fails, and these videos stuck as non-playable. Thanks to you, we can identify them and re-schedule saving so they become playable again. We are very sorry for inconvenience caused by this move, but please bear with us, we are working hard on making archive moments better for everyone. It just takes some time and patience. We plan to finish these works within a period of a week since this statement. Please stay tuned and thank you for your support!

Hey everyone. Jumping here just to shed some light on this situation. As we got it, both sides, participants & manager did not come to agreement on how things work and how much you are paid. We all know, that payouts are based on performance, which is based on viewership. As we got it, not only the performance was weak, compared to other apartments. but these particular participants didn't even complete the setup steps required from them to be done. Basic things like utility bills and, what's the most strange, is payout method so manager could at least send them money, generated from the revenue of this apartment. If someone asks, we voted to end this partnership of manager with these participants, as we believe things will become more unreliable in the future, if they stayed with us. We are building healthy product. There are lots of people involved into that, and sometimes, someone may fail at some point. We do everything to investigate, find out and resolve the issue. Same applied to this situation. Cheers

Our system is a very complex one, and it's unique in it's way. But answering to your direct question, no, we don't take unspent money (read view-time) back to our pocket.

Well, we won't be able to deliver it to them, unfortunately. You can buy stuff for guests. As it's impossible to keep the list of guests up-to-date, you can select the host of apartment and let us know about the person you want it to be delivered in private note for the product you buy. We will sort it out.

There's only one way to know it for sure, so let's say how it goes. I get what you're saying, i can agree to that too.
