    You talk about the past... good we are talking about now or few months ago 😉 Of course, in the past, payment was better but I think incomes was better too and also quality and activity was better... so normal payment was better 😉 The money is not BY FAR much much less... and if you compare the villa girls with other apt.. of course... thgere is more activities in the villa than in other apt... simply because there are more tenants... Now do you think the quality has declined because the salaries has reduced or the salaries has reduced because the quality has declined? 😛

    Tu n’as pas complètement tord, je pense… il s’agit d’un équilibre difficile à trouver… Effectivement, RLC doit rémunérer « convenablement » les participant(e)s… même ceux/celles qui ne font rien ont le droit à un salaire minimum. Mais si les souscriptions ne sont pas suffisantes, cela devient compliqué… et dans ce cas ils préfèrent garder des participants moyens qu’ils rémunèrent moyennement plutôt que de participants très actifs qu’il faudrait rémunérer 2 fois plus… Personne ne sait exactement comment leur système de paiement fonctionne mais je pense que le cœur du problème est là… l’argent… c’est toujours l’argent qui dicte les choix et effectivement pas ce que nous voulons nous les clients/viewers 😉
