    Is there any significance in that four of the offline apartments are all in the +5 GMT time zone plus another from the same zone has just closed? Local problems? Edit: To clarify the reason for my post. This is not a complaint about them being offline, But is concern that there is something else going on, not just Maintenance or ISP issues. Are the residents OK?
