    Do you remember that I made the remark last week that Brianna didn't hear the rat that ran past her making a lot of noise? Maybe her ears aren't right anymore, like with many young people.

    In case anyone wants to know how this works, a battery slowly charges a capacitor until it is full. When a rat walks past the sensor, the capacitor discharges with a jolt, after which it slowly recharges for the next rat. By the way... who turned that camera off so fast? Liora sent a message but it seemed like someone on the other side had their finger on the trigger. 😁 terrified of real life 😏

    Yes, that is correct but you may only use that kind in areas where no people go. The voltage is between 8,000 and 10,000 volts, generated by a 12-volt adapter. If a person touches this they will be startled and it will hurt but if you fall on it and stay lying there, you will die.

    That was placed there during the UM; I once saw something similar at the company that exterminated the rats at my workplace. If that is the same kind of thing, then it is a high voltage low amperage mat. I have never seen one work because the high static electricity surrounding it scares animals away but I am definitely going to keep an eye on it tonight to see if this is one of those traps.

    Personally, I don't care how that sofa is positioned; the sofa is usually nicer than what's on it but since she is doing a good job anyway it is time for her to let the headquarter know that enough is enough and escalate the problem to professionals who take the rat problem seriously.

    Maybe it's more that you've gotten used to it and it's not all as bad as it seemed at first, on the first day I also thought, "Wow," but now it's actually not that bad at all.
