    maybe a spoken diary, of course she has mental problems and talking about it whether it's to yourself or in a diary helps if there is no one else around

    yes she usually talks to someone on SM and sometimes to herself, I think she can handle it all but that food... she only eats sweets and cookies, if you are already having a hard time then eat well

    That's what I wrote yesterday, if she has an attack she just has to leave the room for a walk and then it goes away but maybe she doesn't know that

    As far as I know from my own experience she makes a fool of herself in her mind and then laughs about it, that's the worst of all.. they know something is wrong but can't do anything about it

    I think Seda was treated badly but I always wonder why people with mental problems open up so vulnerable in front of the cameras in a world that is hard on these kinds of people.
