    I strongly doubt Kaya has that power, I think it is more likely that the widespread dissatisfaction with the current residents (with the exception of a few) and the fact that most girls read here (including RLC) have made RLC decide to sweep things clean. I am very curious if RLC can find new residents who can meet their conditions, their first attempt with Whimsy failed in any case as she is starting to develop the same habit of continuing her life outside of the cameras. I am satisfied with this cleanup and will wait and see.
