Anyone with senses would know, that though it was Putin, that closed down the apartments, it had nothing to do with that. It was humor on the topic of worst things from RLC.

The same company also translates the Japanese word for fast entrance into the next life: Harikiri, as "Shortcut". I'll think deeply about all of this, just back from the bar.

But your power, as I see it, is to unsubscribe, and or try to impact the owners of RLC to somehow deliver some content.     Sorry, disagree. In my supermarket I don't decide what's for sale. I can choose to buy or not. Subscribers have zero power over the tenants, only influence on the owners. You can think up some codex in your mind, but it will never happen in the real world. You can wonder why they don't provide content, as that seems to be the business case. But they are not slaves or puppets, where you pull the strings, not in Europe, that is.
