Is the price of real estate in the center of Prague (Prague 1,2,3,4,5, 6, 7, 10) affordable? Would it be an apartment open all the time or just for a semester? I don't know what you think, but I think it could be good 1

A very different climate from Barcelona where it is almost always hot and there is almost always good weather. And it seems pretty clear that RLC wants to leave things as they are, Prague for couples and Barcelona for girls groups and vacationing couples.

I would love to see more couples apartments in Barcelona with native Spanish tenants like Martina and Alberto... The COV and GOV stuff all just seems fake to me.... 1
