if both villa's were to close, they would probably turn them into an rlc training center for giving massages, painting, knot tying, singing, dancing, how to hide/disappear, working out properly, how to unload a frickin dishwasher, how to dance on tables, how to properly shutoff the water to the jacuzzi to prevent downhill flooding, how to properly use a cell phone so when bogdan wants to sneak over and kill the power nobody is the wiser.
