How do you know that? I think they have AC!

They have AC units in the living room and every bedroom. That's what the small white remotes control. And they all seem to be working fine since they were fixed a week or two back.

Moules seems to be working to hard to explain otherwise explainable things. Occam's razor: The work in the kitchen doesn't have to due with Karina leaving over a month ago, the choice to have more pleasing light while taking a bath or putting on makeup closest to the door you're about to exit. Sorry, you're theory doesn't hold water.

Your replay clips clearly indicate there is electric power on all circuits.  But the tenants seem to be taking steps to reduce power consumption, like bathing in semi-darkness, or applying make-up using a poorly-lit hall mirror.

Why reduce consumption?

(1) High temperatures in Barcelona almost certainly increase demand for electricity..  Increased demand can lead to an overload, and circuit breakers will trip, and then there is no power.  To prevent a no-power 'blackout',, an electric power company will reduce voltage.   Reduced voltage results in what is called a 'brownout'.  Brownouts can be localized to specific areas, and can be timed to certain hours, when demand is high, such as late afternoon.

(1) (A) This answer from Google AI on whether a 'brownout' could be limited to a single building.

(2) The apartment could be uncomfortably hot.  If this unit is on the top floor, heat rises.  By not using lights or appliances, tenants will not make the apartment even hotter.  This apartment does not have air conditioning, but I also don't see any fans.

No Aircon 😂

So why do I see remote controls on the LR table, the bed in the guest room and on the bedside tables in both Chilli's and Savaira's bedrooms.

with all due respect, it isn't like there is a ton of excitement on rlc for the viewers to comment on these days, people got to post about something or all you will read is things like;  kali home with a guy and fucking or so and so left at ##:## to be follow up with so and so back at ##:## or fior in b4 or has the cat been fed, etc etc etc.

"Reduced voltage." So thats how its done. I hear about those in California but didn't know that was how they do it. I think electric cars are putting more loads on power grids that they weren't designed for.
