Mark and Lina, and Max and Lora are my 2 favorites.

I also like Alina when she's bugging Anton to put out because that is comedy gold.

Those two couples seem to genuinely care about each other.  The others...not so much. 

I especially dislike any of the residents who constantly rebuff their partners: Max, Anton, Olga, Nora, Gia (though Ian is such a namby pamby, it's partly his fault).
