Thank you Buki 😃 Whether they can be trusted or not and they gossip about others means nothing to me, what matters is he speaks English which with forced others to speak English back which is great, so with trust and gossip I couldn't care less about. Having English speaking tenants hated on or not hated on is always good to listen to. 1
