If you watch for a while you’ll see they have rules about where you can go with what specific footwear. I don’t think she is allowed bare feet on the floor, but table is ok. Hallway has different rules.

Their first guests will be interesting.  See if there will be an explanation of all the house rules.  How many different pairs of slippers the guest will be assigned.

This somehow seems different than OCD. The counters always have junk on them and not all tidy. I’m not even sure he is a germaphobe. I’d be using a lot more bleach if i was one. And I’d expect to have seen more precautions when they first moved in.
