Another note, from what i hear Sayn and her are from Ukraine.  If true this might be why Sayn is trying to hold onto this relationship.  Again if true him going back there is pretty much an automatic draft into the army I believe.

Isn't Poland a safe haven for Ukrainians, they don't have to worry about being deported back?

I hope so.

I guess there is currently a bill being passed that will abolish the protection in March 2026 for Ukrainians that arrived after February 24 2022.  They will have until March 2027 before it's actually enforced.

"The bill provides for the termination of the law on assistance to Ukrainians who arrived in Poland after 24 February 2022. If the changes come into force, from 4 March 2026, Ukrainian citizens in Poland will be treated on the same basis as other foreigners."

"Despite plans to abolish special status, the Polish authorities emphasise that Ukrainians will not be left without legal protection. Even if the bill is passed, Ukrainian citizens will be able to legally stay in Poland until at least 4 March 2027 — already with the status of other foreigners."

Oh I'm quite sure going back to Ukraine and being drafted is definitely a high concern for any Ukrainian male.   Although, whether he is in a relationship with Elli or not wouldn't have any effect on his ability to stay in Poland.  He has a job and an apartment of his own, he will be fine.

I don't know what he's got going on with Elli, I'm sure eventually he will fade off into the distance and we won't see him anymore.  I wouldn't classify their breakup as hostile, they are probably trying to remain friends to some degree.  They could have mutual friends that they want to be able to be around together without awkwardness.

I hate myself for being invested in this story 😆

Nothing happens on a daily basis in this appartment now and Elli spends most of her time elsewhere.

On the phone at around 13:55 she said something about getting Denis a haircut so maybe Denis is the guy on the video call last night?

The sooner she starts bringing these men back to the appartment the better!

Denis is a guy we haven't seen you.  The video call was a apparently family member.  Also Denis is supposed to be a friend, from what she told Sayn.  Drama isn't over yet.  And I do understand, I really don't like Elli, her hair and lips big turn off. I also hate myself for getting into this story.

Well, in July EU extended Ukrainian refugees TPS ( Temporary Protective Status) to be valid until 4March 2027 from before running out 4March 2026. They are in  any EU country under Temporary Protection Directive.

I think you're being generous classifying them as men.  Every guy she has 'brought home' has been still a little green on the maturity scale.

In the U.S the TPS is almost for ever
