It's part of the RLC Premium subscription with continued subscription for over a year I think so you get 2 bonus places in Spotlight and then a status apartment also from the Spotlight category ...I think. If you're paying for a service and you see couples hiding so they're not seen, monkeys or rats, empty apartments, or dogs mounting each other, sorry, there's a scam somewhere. Especially since when you write to technical support and report a problem, and you have the entire site, and they reply that you have to switch if you don't like it, there's a big problem.
