We certainly appreciate the anatomy lesson, but I'm certain most of us, if not all, know what a vagina is and where the clit is located. About feeling "full" or "stuffed," I've had partners that want and beg for that deep penetration ("deeper, harder, faster"), especially the squirters. However, what works for Jill, may not necessarily work for Jane. Some women are very sensitive, while others require a jackhammer to get them off. So it really boils down to a matter of preference.
