In the quiet period I have been trawling the net and found this interest titbit.

In Russia despite an abundance of new family-planning options, lack of public awareness and prohibitive expenses -- like $25 monthly packs of birth control pills -- mean many women still see abortion as their only choice.

This may explain the actions of a few in the GMT+8 apt. No birth control, few condoms in use (cost) though I have seen them being used but very occasionally, and no pill. The preferred method is to pull out that the last moment  and cum over the woman.
