I'm having similliar issues with them.

I signed up for a 7-Day trial and that's all I wanted.

I have tried to contact them multiple times that my Membership should be canceled, they never responded.

My account is still active, I really hope I won't be billed for something I didn't want.

Verotel also never responded to my E-mails...

What can I do about this?

I'm new here. What do you mean with moments operators? So are these requested Videos posted here(where exactly?) or directly to the VHTV archives?

Where will these Archive Request be posted to?
