I'm having similliar issues with them. I signed up for a 7-Day trial and that's all I wanted. I have tried to contact them multiple times that my Membership should be canceled, they never responded. My account is still active, I really hope I won't be billed for something I didn't want. Verotel also never responded to my E-mails... What can I do about this?
