    Usually when a police does a raid the owner must be present even if is rented house.

    They were called because of the noise complains from the neighbors. I never saw the police raiding the Villa. In B1 was the same thing but the apartment had to be closed because the next wall neighbors complained and IIRC wasn't the first time. Also, Fiora answered the door when the police buzzed, she had no choice, in B4 they never answered the buzz.
