When the tenants arrive at B1, her name will be replaced, and she will be marked as "left the project". This happens all the time when there is an apartment empty.

I think that I read something about Malta too, that the EU were pressuring them to tight their rules about visa investments. I know that A4 Games, Metro 2033 game series, left Ukraine and moved to Malta so that they could have more freedom about getting hardware and foreigner investment. I remember that once Radi took some furniture from that room on the back of the FR, and she was asked to put it back because that was a design furniture from the landlord and if she damaged it RLC would have to pay it back. I believe that over this time there were other indications that the Villa is rented.

    We know that B1, 2 and at least B4 are rented. Also the apartments that aren't online anymore like B6, Harley's and Zabava's. So why would RLC buy the other apartments?

    From what I got in a conversation between Zab and Dayana, Day told her that XLife only pay her the money for the rent and utilities. It makes sense since Rachel only has a room and they have many places in Bali and many other countries. I really doubt that RLC would be renting all that. We also saw the tenants moving to other apartments quite easily.
