    Btw, I'm starting to think bringing Lavika back was a terrible idea. She's in a whole different phase of life now... wakes up at 8 AM for work and when she gets home, all she wants is to rest for the next day. She was giving instructions to the new girl, saying she can't laugh out loud or make noise after 10 PM. FFS, when are these GOV apartments going to go back to the Girls On Vacation concept

    Thinking about it, maybe that was also why they kicked her out. She has these breakdowns sometimes... a few weeks ago I remember her crying in her room, begging the voices to get out of her head. People like that are unpredictable, thus hard to deal with. From what I saw in the replay, Lavika was pissed at first but then looked scared

    I think we can take into account Kristy's own words. There were feelings... she even said she fell in love twice in the past few years, one of whom was Taylor. But what I concluded of what she told the sisters about their relationship is that she's looking for stability, something Taylor would never be able to give her. One, because she's a woman, and two, because shes Taylor. A messed up alcoholic with no future… in Kristy's mind, that would be a huge burden for her to carry

    You used "hard environment" referring to RLC due to the war. That's a stretch. I stick with the fact that she doesn't want anything to do with RLC anymore because she has other priorities, and that's the only thing that really influences her decisions

    How is RLC a hard environment for her? I think it's the opposite, it's way too easy and makes her undisciplined and lazy, she's said that herself. I get that stripping can be tough work, but it has its perks… good money, the chance to travel to new places… Kristy's ambitious and seems to be all about that right now

    I don't think it would be like Ulyana. Kristy usually travels to those countries on fixed-term contracts that last for several months, so if she were to rejoin RLC, she'd have to choose between the project and her current job. Since her current work seems to pay better and allows her to travel, it's understandable that she prefers to keep doing it rather than go back to RLC. When she last visited, she mentioned in a conversation with the sisters that she plans to continue doing exotic dancing for a couple more years to build up her savings before settling down and finding a normal job

    It very well could be. IIRC, last update had her return set for the 20th, so the dates match

    Not a fan of Annette, but I don't think it's fair for her to go before Zoe. Zoe not only overstayed her welcome, but has done so terribly by being a bad tenant. Annette has been around for less time and contributes much more to the project

    Wasn't there an apartment that stayed UM for weeks before RLC finally removed it from the list? I think it was Alberto and his girl place, and iirc, Masha's was like that too

    If the apartment doesn't get shut down, it's very likely. Probably a returnee couple. It's a shame, the roommate format is way more watchable

    It was RLC who wanted them off. Besides the noise complaint theory, there's also the possibility that whatever unexpected situation kept Esmi in Ukraine until now may have forced her to leave the project, and RLC preferred to close the apartment/replace them rather than turn it into a couple's apartment for Zabava and her boyfriend

    I actually see some potential in Esmi. When Kristy was around after she confirmed shes also into girls, I caught Esmi more than once acting with Kristy just like Kristy used to with Taylor. I think shed try with a woman but shes too picky, and her rigid personality would never allow that to happen

    I'm all in on the theory that there were noise complaints about the lovebirds fights. And since the apartment wasn't bringing in much return, RLC decided not to bother and just hand it back. I'll be surprised if that's not the case and they're actually being replaced, that would be quite an achievement for e&z

    Yep. Most women, het or not, would easily be down for casual les sex as long as they don't have to make the first move... hell, I think even Esmi would be one of those. But whether they're actually open to having women as a romantic option is a whole different story. For them, other women are like hookers are to men

    Truth is most of these girls who call themselves bisexual just enjoy sex in general, not necessarily women. Chilli, Savaira, Ulyana, Lavika, all fall into that category. Dominga though seems to be one of the rare bi types who actually likes pussy, not fair compare her to the others...

    Actually, they should kick Zoe out and put a pair of girls in that room to see if the apartment brightens up with more people. I consider what they did with Pam and Jessi a success

    Yep. Back in the days when it really was girls On Vacation they would bring most of the tenants from Russia or Ukraine on tourist visas. Since they didn't know many people outside, it was much easier for them to socialize within the group and build connections between the Barcelona apartments. There were lots of parties they threw just among themselves, no need for outsiders. I remember several from B5 during the Thor, Holly, Tereza and Timur era, and it was still fun

    I don't get why they didn't just keep the always-absent Zoe in that shoebox room she was in. Lavika, besides being a veteran, has way more potential to make better use of the master bedroom

    The infestation of latinas in B4/B1 is more than enough. B5 was saved for a bit of variety

    No, they were kicked out because RLC found better people. The apartment was filled almost immediately after they left. Russian/ukrainian speaking tenants will always be the priority, what we're seeing now is just a flare-up
