7.26.14 Well I have finally seen it. They have had sex twice. He even performed a couple creative positions. he actually had sex a couple time without the covers on him and her. 7.16.14 I will not talk about Ruslan's filthy nasty behavior by not washing his body. It is of no consequence to state his obviously childish fascination and obsession with cells phones and video games. It is hard to determine whether he is developmentally delayed, or simply stupid in the extreme. However, to stay up until 3:30 am playing video games with sound blaring in a bedroom where someone is sleeping is disheartening enough. The epitome of ignorance for me, is when he finally goes to bed with her in that same room, turns on the giant television and plays a movie loud enough to wake anyone within a mile of his apartment. I think he is beyond stupid. This mammal is an inconsiderate, thoughtless Neanderthal with few social skills one can recognize. Anything we guess is speculative, unless one has a copy of the contract. We only have our best guess as we apply our knowledge of business standards and practices, or apply our understanding of U.C.C, (Uniform Commercial Code) to the tenant, owner of the property and RLC's relationship. Point number 2) Concerning previous or current information on facebook: As I understand it, if pictures and names are in Facebook, on You Tube, My Space, Tumbler or social media generally, the items are in the public domain. Public Domain literally refers to intellectual property rights that have expired, have been forfeited or are not applicable. That is the formal perspective. However informally, public domain consists of works that are publically available. It usually means works that are not available for private ownership, but are available for public use. Each social medial entity has its own standards which should be, consistent with its countries statutes governing intellectual property rights. The rule of thumb is, that if it is on facebook or public media generally, it is on public display for public consumption and usage. Therefore, if a picture on Facebook is used on another venue (i.e, RLC) and ownership is not claimed by the user, it is in the public domain and can be legally posted. It can be posted by friends, family or WHOMEVER has the ability to copy and paste. What is considered private pictures to be used only by friends and family is a generous and sentimental thought. Those are strictly personal feelings by whoever is stating them. However, by social media and statutory standards, pictures and names can be used legally and posted for public distribution. Last point number 3) we certainly do not know why their tenancy was abruptly halted. As an opinion, until it is conclusively proven otherwise, I doubt the pictures had anything to do with the reason they are not now present on the site. Additionally, what we can not know is what is in the minds of Diane and Efim. therefore, We can only imagine why they do not use their real names, but we do not and will not know until they tell us. 6.27.14 I have been watching this couple for a while now. Katya is wiling to disrobe anywhere in the house, she even bathes occasionally. She is a loving and a willing pawn to her partner. However, I have determined that Ruslan will hide under the covers during any sexual moment. This evening they had sex (as usual) under covers. After sex, he slipped a towel around his waste to hide from the cameras and leave the bedroom. When changing cameras I did not see him enter or leave the bathroom to wash himself. When he returned to the bedroom it was not to kiss or care for Katya. He sat down on the bed still wrapped in a towel and slipped his dirty underwear back on under the towel while wearing it. He was careful to not expose his genitalia to the cameras. He lay in the bed and played with his phone. Katya left the bedroom presumably to wash herself before sleep. Ruslan has proven himself to be fully aware that the cameras are watching him. He has consistently and intentionally pulled the covers over both of them to hide his body before, during and after sex. His act today of putting on a towel to intentionally hide his genitals shows a blatant disregard for the spirit and intention of the RLC site. He casually disrespects the viewers and the company he works for. RLC does not pay him to hide his body parts from the camera. They pay him to act naturally, as he would as if no cameras were in the apartment. We pay RLC for the same behavior from their "couples". We do not pay a monthly fee to watch people intentionally hide from the cameras. In my opinion he needs to move on and be replaced by another couple or another male in that apartment with Katya. 6.25.14 It appears that these new people could very well be musician students. I saw sheet music, and a few instruments in the house. I have heard Ifem playing guitar, singing, and getting a guitar lesson on the computer. During the party that I missed, someone said others were singing and playing instruments. This is a great relief to visit and know that these folks seem like they are going to be far more interesting than others AI have seen on RLC. There presence promises interesting things to come, particularly if the threesome in the tub is any indication. What a refreshing group of people. I wish them the best. 6.19.14 Well guess what? Pigpen Dirtimankov i.e, Ruslan washed his hair in the tub and shaved his beard in the sink. In order to salvage his reputation as "Filthy Neanderthal of the Year", he did not let a drop of water touch the other parts of his body. He definitely washed no underarm, no ass and no crotch. So, he retains his stinking man status. He put on the same shirt and sweater as the day before, looked in the mirror and looked as though he felt proud of himself. 6.18.14 Bravo Darkman Bravo!!!!. Believe it or not, I have thought about Ruslan and Katya in the same way. I just did not know how to find a picture from this movie. Watching Ruslan doggy styling her (under the covers) in a video someone captured, reminded me of this movie. He also is starting to look more and more like a Neanderthal i,e. (face structure {overlarge forehead and jutting jawline} with scraggly beard). Great representative picture Darkman. 6.17.14 Hey Nij: You asked, "What would you have him do? Stop everything he is doing and praise her???" I think probably the following would be or could be considered praise: 1. Saying thank you; 2. Looking up and smiling; 3. Perhaps a pat on her body with a smile; 4. Touching her hand when or after she put the food before him; 5. Smiling at her approvingly. If you live with a girl Nij, then you know it does not take much to make her feel praised. I think any of my suggested behaviors would work for the situation and provide the "praise" you asked about. 6.17.14 Van....Ruslan seems to play computer games with his laptop. Before he acquired the headphones he used to play the sound through the new stereo. It was loud to the point of stupid and annoying to anyone who lived in the same city as them. It was definitely a computer game. Dalien

6.16.14 Thank all of you for your thoughtful replies to my question. Particularly "Squirrel" who offered that it was established the pistol was an "air pistol'. That is a comforting thought. However, I wonder how that conclusion was established, "Squirrel"? Could you tell me please? (Not a criticism just an honest question.) To all others, it seems that many people are aware of some same concerns that I have. It seems almost everyone has noticed their being dirty most of the time; and, their stunning infrequency to show ordinary affection that most couples show toward each other. The seemingly disingenuous picture did raise some questions in my mind as well. I can cease wondering now, It is not just me. BTW, are they ever ,ever naked alone or together in their home?? I can't imagine what it must have been like in that apartment when the German Shepherd puppy was urinating and depositing feces on the floor (very often) and they were stepping in it. 6.15.14 I had what I thought was a significantly negative opinion about these personalities. Now I have read a large number if statements about them in the forum. It seems that Ruslan is at least a bisexual, He has had intimate moments with Katya. She has taken a bath and showered several times. Ruslan however seems to have never showered in the house. Not even after his sexual encounters with Katya. I never saw him abuse the German Shepherd puppy in an excessive or unwarranted way. I did see the dog leave feces and urine on the floor and carpeting several times a day when I watched them. They did not seem to have a house training program for the animal. Ruslan yelled at the animal often, Katya once in awhile. However, we know that the change in one's tone a voice helps the animal understand what we mean when we speak to it. So petting the animal almost immediately after yelling at it sent mixed messages to it. It is better off not with them I think. To their credit, they very quickly cleaned up after the dog whenever it left a deposit on the floor. My vote is for them. It will be interesting to watch then negotiate their way through the next few months; even with the pistol in the house.

6.15.14 Thank God that other people have similar opinions about Katya and Ruslan as I do. First, I like them as people. However, they do nothing that even resembles a couple. When they do kiss it is as bother and sister. They do not fondle or act intimate with each other. They are never, ever naked alone or with each other. They never bathe or shower alone or with each other. Last week a friend (tall and looking like Ruslan) stayed the night. Seven people slept over so he slept in bed with Ruslan and Katya. During the night Ruslan and the other guy were all over each other. At one time he placed his hand on Ruslan's penis; and Ruslan, (feigning sleep)got a very hard erection. Ruslan never ever does that kind of behavior with Katya awake or sleeping. Is Ruslan really a homosexual, and this is a contrived couple? Now that they have a gun in the house are we going to see some kind of weird shooting violence in the apartment? They keep the gun on top of the chest in the bedroom near the balcony door. Very bad living situation.

Dalien 5.15.14 Katya is very pretty. However, as a couple, they remind me of the term "shabby sheik", To be more precise one could call them "pig pen and scruffy". Filthy dirty and stinky. They are interesting adolescents.
