Sure.. I think it's possible.. It would have been the perfect time for her to come finish getting the rest of her things while the cameras were off... She probably still had clothes in the closet and the chest of drawers and no telling what all else...

I think her and her girlfriend probably spent some time at the apartment while it was UM clearing out the last of her things.. One of the reasons the apartment looks so empty now...
