Funny, but not to smart. At least get an annual PSI test. Take it from me ---I have advanced prostate cancer because my doc didn't pay attention to PSI and digitally reexamine my enlarged prostate. Cancer seems to be in check for now with hormone therapy and radiation treatments, but we are watching PSI levels very closely.

IMO you all are giving Sara too much credit. Sara is for the moment and if it is good for Sara it is ok. She is a selfish lover-at least with Karma-as Karma was putting most of the affection and energy into the connection. Sara is a scatterbrain when she is on too many drugs to have a really good meaningful relationship with Karma. I believe that Karma has figured it out.
