I think there is simple explanation of this sudden change in their behaviour - they had fight which we have not seen, maybe outside. Most probably Irma has done something to Ilona and now Ilana is mad at her and doesn't talk to her. Look at Ilona's expression at this gif for ex.:

I think it's time to put an end how the dog is called actually. She's not Scooter but Yeba or Yelba (or similar). I heard it a minute ago Leora called her by name, the day before yesterday Paul called her again with the same name right before Leora and Paul to start the huge fight. Both times they called her when she started to barke. It's not only us but obviously they don't like her barking too ;).
Why I know the dog is a "she" but a "he" - Leora told her "Пoняла?" [ponia'la] which is the Russian word for "Understand?" but for females. If the dog was a male she would say "Понял?" ['ponial].

No, premium are the payed cams of the apartments under the Premium Only section on the left, such as Carina and Sabrina, Nora, Suzan and Hector etc.Some of the thumbnails are showing the Premium cams too, it leads me to believe that RLC is changing the level of payments to two tiered.
Premium remains for bedroom cams and Standard for other locked cams.
