it's a coincident. they use dedicated IR lights for the nightvision, and they normally go down when the poer goes out, and isn't on ups like the cameras and network equipment. you could see reflextion of the ir light in old B1

Won't be too long before the fuse goes again. 2 heaters of 2000W on a max 16A fuse, is 400W to many, not counting the lights and other things on the same fuse. So within 1 hour it goes, and more often after that if they don't turn one of the light switches on the heater off. Since it always seems to be the main fuse that goes, it won't be too long before it's worn out, and B4 will be without power for many hours. Just hope none of the girls are in the elevator at that time. (Doubt they know how to open the doors without power, and some have seen too many movies, and think it's going to fall down.)
