    To me, that's a key point to analyze properly the situation. The project need desperately energetic tennants. People constantly moving around. For exemple: Wolf got a lot of criticism (also myself😁), but regarding it with perspective, he's the type of tennant that RLC needs. He was a clown most of the time, but he had a lot of energy and he was always involving the rest of tennants in different activities... or visiting the other appartments. He didn't waste time lying in bed on his phone half of the day like a lot of the tennants. Sara was another one with a lot of energy. Elvina was not much time at home, but had great energy too, Also Pam... That's the kind of people RLC need desperately.

    I find very doubtful that a couple of new girls could bring to life the whole (dead) project. To begin with, the new girls replace the ones who get most of the views, except for Kaya. So, even if the new girls are a succes, RLC is just getting even with this swap. It would be a different story if the new ones were replacing Whimsy, Oceano, Azura, Vanya... the invisible ones. Also, RLC added too much pressure to the villas closing B1 and B5. Back then, viewers had different options to get entertainment, but now... counting B2 as a dead appartment too, most of the days there is nothing exciting to watch.

    Yes,RLC management identified the issue: Gelia and Liora were the problem. With them out of the project and with Whimsy, Azura, Vanya, Oceano IN... the rebuilding will be very successful 😃

    Really? Now RLC realize they need ""to rebuild the project"? So, they didn't realize that in the last couple of months when they added to the project so many ugly/interesting/invisible tennants to the villas... No, they realize that just now... 😤 And the first decisión in that rebuilding is not kicking out the invisible ones, but their best assets. Oh yeah! the "new project" looks very promising I just got sick watching Liora standing in the kitchen and realizing we won't be able to keep watching her 🥺

    It's all about the context. Gelia and Liora are past their time and should leave? arguable, but ...why not? or why Liora and not Astra? But, i repeat... it's all about the context. We see how they are closing apartments, how they are filling beds just recycling tennants or... well, no, i won't say anything about Whimsy 🙄 But it's ok, i really hope i'm wrong and new exciting and interesting things are coming.

    Long story short: IMO they can't afford anymore a whole cast with good looking and interesting girls, so they close apartments and, in the remaining open apartments/villas, they mix some worth to watch girls with cheap tennants, almost happy living rent free (and some cash). Domi and gf were explaining this really well to a couple visiting them in their last week at b1: they said the staff offered them staying in the project as a couple, not as a gov because, apparently, there is a completely different deal/contract. I think couples receive an incoming but pay themselves the rent. RLC should close Barcelona hub and move the gov project to a cheaper country, or maybe to a different spanish location.

    Some users have high expectations or at least they have hopes about "what's next" on RLC, but after the last moves i can't be that optimistic. We've talked a lot about how tragic is Liora and Gelia's depart but some people still think "maybe they need space for even more exciting girls" but IMO that's highly unlikely: if they have a specific girl in mind... why not sending her to B7 big room instead of Feya and Vanya. Everybody know what this couple can offer to the show... not bad, but they are just a regular monogamous couple with no charisma at all. Good for an apartment, boring for the villas. And i won't say any more mean things about Whimsy, but... why adding a girl with her "profile" to the villas if the idea is making a reset to make the villas more exciting? I stand by the opinion i expressed recently: RLC is cutting costs desperately and Feya, Vanya and Whimsy are cheap. And to free some more budget to hire the new girls they need to fire Gelia and, specially Liora instead of the ones with little views like Azura or Oceano. These are moves to contain the spendings IMO. All of them.

    But i could understand kicking them out because of a fight (Eris, Lilith, Lev), but for minor issues, a fine for them should be enough. Also, i don't think either of them did anything different to what is doing Kaya every day, and she's staying, so go figure... It's a tragedy.

    In fact i was thinking literally the same about the change Brianna>Whimsy. I'm unable to understand how anybody running a company could think it's a good idea making that move. So i came to that conclusion: they wanted the room for a friend or relative in need... Whimsy.

    That would be a smart decision. Barcelona is a garbage hole and on top of that, it's very expensive. They should move all the apartments to Malta, Chipre, Hungary or wherever. Literally every area in Europe is better than Barcelona.

    Kind of solved mistery. To me Brianna leaving on june, 1 is not a random date. I think she had a flight booked for today a long time ago and RLC staf "surprised" her kicking her out earlier than expected. Probably, that's why she was crying in the previous days to her official departure. I guess RLC staff (or the girls) calmed her down and offered her to stay there until today. It's just a guess. Sad day. Not the most active tennant, but i really liked her stay. Chill, sweet small town girl, camera shy and, to me, very attractive, except for the blown up lips. Also, credit for her: she was able to deal with Aya's up & downs, and probably prevented some of her dramas from scalating.

    I repeat: F&V are ok, not bad, fair enough or whatever, but in B7 we already have two invisible tennants. Oceano and Whimsy were already taking too little views. To me, the only way to bring to life the villa could be hiring a charismatic and good looking girl for the big room, and then, kick out Oceano, the useless Kaya's puppy, and also Whimsy a decent girl but completely out of place in this project. After bringing a charismatic good looking girl and kicking out Oceano and Whimsy... RLC should hire a couple more of charismatic good looking girls to fill their rooms. That's the only way to bring to life the villa. Instead, viewers will get to enjoy Oceano and Whimsy a little more. At least we can watch Feya's tits, but couples are not intended for the villas. F& V should be great as a couple in their own apartment.

    Given how extraordinary succesfull experience was for RLC (and for the viewers) giving, recently, the B7 big room to different couples (Tim & Mini, Aya & Brandon), my prediction is that this move will be the best RLC decision RLC has made in the recent 5 years or so 😁 In the end, the villas are dying of boredom and for RLC the solution is... Whimsy, Feya and Vanya, and kicking out the only tennant who bring excitement and entertainment. Great. Now i leave the forum for ten minutes or so. I'm about to cry and i don't like it when people see my cry 😑
