i think i know the answer based on your comment that katarina was now in the fitness room. this is pure speculation but i think it was time for katarina to give fior his perk for being the chauffeur/party favorite/delivery guy/flower boy. i say this knowing that sara didn't go with fior and katarina when they all three left. i was told she came back several minutes later after probably smoking some dope out front with fior and katarina. while katarina was busy pleasing fior, he probably told her that she was getting flabby and hence the fitness room.
