    i could be wrong but i think it's more to do with complacency. these long stays the girls do now has made rlc become very lazy. i believe the girls are out there in droves but rlc seeing that nobody is complaining about the extended stays of the girls, believes it's just better to leave it the way it is. much less work for them! they will never look beyond the russian and ukrainian girls when it comes to filling the apts/villas in barcelona. they don't want a bunch of english speaking tenants and for good reasons. i'm afraid you are stuck with how it is for the rest of rlc's life.
