I think we should end the conversation before we go beyond the scope, but I thought the conversation was really good and I also had a lot of fun talking to you about the topic and that we both agree that Sara actually needs help. -

It takes a lot of willpower to take the right step and to realise that you have to change something to get out of this vicious circle (I take my hat off to you Bravo). I'm worried too, but the problem with addiction is that you only realise when it's almost too late that you have a problem and if people don't want to listen, they have to learn the hard way. We only have to look at people like Kurt Cobain or Amy Whinehouse and so on where help came too late.
