    I agree with you, but if subscribers stay away because of a 'bad' cast then the business has a serious problem. I know that CC is just a small percentage of all RLC viewers but I think that CC is a nice reflection of the total AND I think that the biggest fans are in the forum. So I really think that RLC, although they never will admit that, reads the forum now and then.
