Most of the traffic (web) are encrypted (https) between you and the webhost so at most the vpn provider could see are where you surf. Or just use a webproxy
Now this aint how that works. All the ranges you list are for private use (lan). Blocking those on your server will result it wont be able to communicate at all with anything more or less, no router, no wifi. To block vpn's you have to block every vpn servers outpipe in the world including my 3 servers I use for myself.
