These states are Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bulgaria, Cameroon, Cyprus, Ivory Coast, Denmark, Egypt, Greece, Grenada, Iceland, Italy, Jamaica, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Rwanda, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine.
