Like a lot of addicts, that do exactly that on the streets in the city where I live, hollering nonsense at strangers, too ill to realize they are severely ill, hence they will not consent to be helped and in her case we know how she can make a fast buck on the street…😟…if she hasn’t already.

Depending on how much of a mess she is, she might only be self-employable for now.

I predict she will not have her shit together for a long time. Addiction isn’t something you just chose to stop having. If she is lucky and has support and likely professional help detoxing and probably living in a facility then a half way house maybe in several months she will be in good shape. Decent of them to allude to the problem. Hopefully those with her SM can give future updates on her condition. I think it will be obvious if she cleans herself up, though part of that process is breaking off any ties that contribute to her addiction which mean sober friends, change routines etc. and stay off social media in her case I would think.

Its kinda hyper-focused on the puppy here. She is delusional and paranoid, its all part of being an addict. Kindness and logic from friends or family likely won't be able to help as long as she plays a victim and that ain't gonna stop. In Canada at least in my province pet stores do not sell dogs anymore, The only cats are brought in, are strays and rescues. However there are still puppy mills around. I got my cats from the SPCA and they ask many questions whether dog or cat, including what you expect to pay for basic care and vet care. All animals that leave the SPCA are "fixed" as well. This kind of screening should be done with humans too! LOL, but I am serious

Obviously that'll never happen, but you aren't wrong. She has done a lot over the years. Her and Sasha were on of the first places I watched and was always a must-see just in case. So they owe her a lot IMO.

100% Anyone persuing long shot "careers", acting, music, art, etc, AND RLC should always have fall-back skills so when they get spit out (age out) of that pursuit they are not destitute. Masha relied on RLC and was already "aging out" but then exaperated by drugs. Unrelated to Thinga's comment: I think Masha is a stubborn person to start and adding to that the paranoia she is experiencing (typical addict), she might be a difficult one to rehabilitate. Also unrelated to Thinga's comment: To those who have been criticizing everyone for watching this, point taken, however this is damn interesting to see. I would argue that for many of us its an eye opener. We all see happy people engaging in drugs and booze and we all see the hopeless and homeless addict on the street, but this apartment has made the connection showing us a granular view of this progression between those two scenarios. Who knows, it may actually help someone here to intervene early if they know someone taking this trajectory.

I wouldn't read that much into it. I give her a pass on this. She is not sane right now and to hold something she says or does against her when she is out of her mind isn't fair. IMO. Watching her decline has been an education. Like I mentioned she is looking and acting more and more like the destitute people we have downtown. Their last chapter is often overdosing with fentanyl. Masha is losing her ability to reason and if fentanyl is as common in Europe as NA then thats definitely one possibility.

Just catching up. That is some exhibition. I was pretty frikkin worried for that puppy when she picked it up, then starts going toward the window. We have a few hard core girls like that downtown always swinging their arms in the air, all bent and contorted, like Masha is getting and yelling conversation at nobody and everybody.

I missed all too. I did look back at some short scenes from earlier and in one she was literally possessed by demons. Many weeks ago she was losing grip as well and I don’t watch much. She needs intervention
