    👍 People try things they haven’t done before for lots of reasons, the challenge, adventure…. We don’t know the circumstances, Jessi may have been naive like Octavia, who knows? She may also realize it was a mistake but possibly have given up her last home and can’t just suddenly live in the street and look for an apartment. The vitriol coming from CC is a little unwarranted and pretty personal. IMHO.

    Though word of mouth must be a big factor and tenants friends can be enticed so they are a good resource for RLC. I'm curious how do they recruit? ... discreetly advertising somewhere? ...send an agent into the field? Do they provide a finders bonus to current tenants who bring others in? LOL, maybe I answered my own question 😂

    Yes true. But there was Octavia from B1, who a couple months ago was responding to CC comments on camera and discussing things with us in English. She did not realize exactly what she got in to. Yes she was very naive. Sidebar, I liked her, she had Massimo figured out pretty quick.

    Hey Sergio, I respect for you opinion but I don't believe there is such a thing as RLC writers. I think they can encourage circumstances for parties, type of thing at best. The participants have their own incentive to attract viewers, some are very skilled at it and have connections/friends to male strippers. Then there is some who do f-all too. Just my thoughts Serg, I'm not picking on you but it was a segue for me blabber.😉
