    Yeah, the vacay makes sense. But back the the general payments, so if Aya (pretend she is single), if she is drawing 90% of the viewers in B7 for example, she gets the same as Brianna? That sounds extremely flawed and a setup for a lot of animosity between tenants.

    Thx. The structure is different than I understood but good to know. The percent then is based on some Net Profit number and of course that number is a mystery. Our profit sharing at work is based on Net but we have to take their word for it, whether they have profit or not. - So there on no bonuses these day? That was ended by RLC or...? - So when Lunnette saw her first cheque and was super thrilled, did everyone get the same amount? I'm not challenging any of this but you seem to have insight and its nice to know. 👍

    While that statement is technically correct, in business, the paying customer is the bottom line. The incentive isn't happy bosses its happy customers. And incentives work better than rules. Its the tenants prerogative to be around or not IMO. 🙂

    It sounds about right. Commission workers usually have barely enough base pay. I think our sales guys as work are like that. Though each sale is about 50 to 10ok but no nudity. Lol. being able to quadruple you pay on RLC seems pretty sweet to me.

    Ok, yeah I think you said 3-5k before and that seemed a lot for base but then with 800 as base and what sounds like generous bonuses are given out. Got it.

    So base pay can fluctuate and then individual bonus in top I presume.

    lol, I just tuned in to CC and am shocked 😄. This could become an up and coming apartment to watch. Angie’s participation on RLC has always seemed under utilized because she is so often by herself. Very cool

    Yeah, I could be blending two different tenants memories, and maybe fucking up the apartments edit. It might have been Gina? In B1 for a while, maybe 2017. Crap, I’ve been here off and on too long. Near or around when Irma and the twins were there. She moved out and into Linda and Timor’s place maybe, with her older alcoholic boyfriend. They had sex a lot. But they didn’t stay long. Maybe someone will remember. Just for fun.

    The Latina's or Spanish speakers have a much wider loop of friends and acquaintances to liven things up. Not that I want constant parties, but if it gets them out of bed it’s good.
