    Its probably the NV effect that makes Zucchinis fur looks 'ratty'. Hopefully we can see him in natural light soon. Then again, there is nothing I/we can do about it. 😟 Not that I think Zucchini is a good watch-cat, but what we see are fewer cat sightings, increased rat sightings. I wonder if anyone in RLC world or even the B4 tenants can an make a connection and decide which is worse?, cat or rats. 🐀🐈‍⬛

    Not too mention there is probably rat urine every where. I'm pretty sure thats how they mark all their trails etc. What I wonder, and Xarvaz maybe you know, is by now I would expect the rat population to be steadily increased? And at some point see multiple rats going about their business, - this guy has obviously established a home base 🏚️ - they fuck like rabbits and have plenty of litters 🐀🐀🐀

    Mine was a wild guess. Two floors, 3 bedrooms, that’s not too shabby but my point was to come up with a figure to play with. I don’t know what other expenses they have, it is possible they have expensive insurance considering the people are you, wild and transient, and high risk for fire, damage and who knows what else. It’s tough to figure out. EDIT; burn down a villa and rebuild for $100K. But burn down a 16 story apartment building…more like 50 million. lol.

    Keep that in mind, anyone that stays or visits B5 will likely have heaping helping of English thrown in thx to L&A. 👍 Thx to that we probably know more about Kaya and Gelia than we would otherwise, not to mention, Dominga and Kali have been there visiting early on as well, speaking English.

    I wonder what RLC pays to rent B1? 2500 Eros? More maybe its a big place. 100 subscribers monthly subs pay for that. Add to that utilities, insurance, administration, misc, so maybe it takes 200 subs. Then additional subs pay the wages and bonuses, maybe it takes 400 subs to break even. Pretty sloppy estimates I know. LOL

    Like you said, RLC makes the rules they can break them. Lots of tenants maybe have stretched the rules, and if RLC objected it’s as simple as informing the tenant to stop or risk eviction. I think most people would stop unless they are nuts. Same with Gelia’s B4 shower. So that’s ’why I personally don’t think it was anything to do with streaming.

    👍 We don’t know for sure if they are leaving, though it’s seems they are, but we are willing to speculate they actually are, and then speculate why….thats a lot of speculation. 😃
