    Yes thats the political part that does nothing for their cause. I also think many many in that group disagree with trans in sports like most people and don't try to push any agenda.

    I broke a toe doing a hand spring off a pommel horse in high school. The gym teach told me to suck it up and that my grandfather went through much worse in the war. I just limped around for a few weeks. That seems harsh but it was the perfect thing to say. Basically suck it up butter-cup. I still think about that when I hurt myself and walk it off.

    Where I live is it is a mecca for the non-straights. Much like San Francisco. Everyone is under suspicion when you first see them. 😉 It's a challenge trying to figure it out, kind of fun. Just in my own head of course. I don't believe anyone would chose to be a trans so you have to give them credit for what it takes to start living as the other sex. The one negative thing I will say about the non-straight community. I believe there was much more acceptance before it became so political in the last several years. I think that turns off a lot of people and may even contribute to more non-acceptance. The unintended consequences.
