    I do not have access to the RLC, even to free cameras, since the RLC blocks Russian IP addresses and even proxy servers. 
    Residents drink water from large plastic bottles? For Moscow and St. Petersburg, this is not too fundamental (we are talking now about the cities in which the majority of RLC apartments are located). Cold tap water in St. Petersburg has quite a decent quality (I think that in Moscow also). I drink water directly from the tap, but I do it not often, as I prefer tea or juice. Most residents of St. Petersburg (I think the vast majority) use household water filters (Conventional filter jugs or filters mounted under the sink). 
    Some people buy drinking water in plastic bottles, but this water is most often ordinary tap water that has been filtered in an industrial environment. So from my point of view there is no difference.
    Much more I care about the quality of hot water. Centralized heating and hot water supply prevails in Russia. Water is heated at specialized heat stations, and then, through the piping system, is fed into the heating and hot water supply systems of residential buildings. Sometimes this water has a yellowish tinge and some odor (apparently due to chemicals used to combat scale). Hot water pipelines have a large length and due to deterioration quite often (in winter, during the operation of the central heating system) accidents (breakthroughs) occur. 
    Well, and officials in Russia are making their own contribution. For example: in St. Petersburg, one of the city government officials managed to replace worn-out pipes with on the same worn-out, but at the price of new pipes. Now he is in prison, but the pipes have not become any better from this. :biggrin:

    I agree. Russian laws regarding pornography are imperfect. Definitions of "Legitimate manufacture of pornography" are not in the law, but as far as I know, everything you do for your own use is legal. If you downloaded porn for viewing with your wife (with her consent), then the police will not come to you (probably). If you have downloaded porn from a torrent tracker and have not disconnected your torrent client or have posted porn on your social network page, then they may come to you, since this will be considered a propagation (distribution). Also, if you made a video of your sex with your wife for a family album, it will probably be considered legal. If you distribute this video (especially for money), this will be against the law. 
    This is my vision of the problem, but I am not a lawyer.

    P.S. As for the security of tenants in Russia. I have no fresh data. A quick search showed data for 2014. 148 people were convicted of distributing pornography (including via the Internet). Five of them received real prison terms. 126 people were sentenced to suspended sentences, 14 - to a fine, 1 - to correctional labor.

    Yes, in Russia this business is illegal. He falls under Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Illegal manufacturing and trafficking of pornographic materials or objects."     Is VHTV engaged in illegal business? It depends on the relationship of VHTV and tenants of apartments. Is there a contract between VHTV and tenants, and which one.

    As far as I know, in both countries, the authorities are persecuting the owners of cam studios and girls working in them.  I happened to communicate with one of the Ukrainian cam models. She said that the Ukrainian police are tracking the girls who are engaged in this business. (Police officers register accounts on cam sites (including model accounts), communicate with girls and find out their location in all possible ways). Then there may be liability in accordance with the article of the criminal code. This forces girls to go over to work in studios, who, in most cases, pay bribes to corrupt police officers. 
    In Russia, cam studios are also pursued (this is considered to be an organized illegal business, which is an aggravating circumstance). Girls who are engaged in private business (outside the cam studio) are not subjected to severe persecution (since their earnings are incomparably less than the income of cam studios).

    As for the activities of VHTV and RLC in Russia, it is, of course, illegal (the activity of apartment tenants). But Russian IP addresses are blocked by both companies. Perhaps, therefore, the authorities do not consider it necessary to subject them to reprisals (I think that it is futile to sue VHTV and RLC). 
    But if tenants behave disrespectfully towards their neighbors (drunkenness, noise, dirt, quarrels, etc.), then the police may appear in apartments and be interested in the presence of a large number of web cameras.

    No, I'm not a premium member. I do not have a valid subscription, only a registered account. VHTV is blocking Russian IP. When I was a premium member, I also had some problems with IP, which were promptly resolved by technical support of VHTV. 
    I do not know which apartments are being blocked on my Russian IP, perhaps it is an apartments that are located in Russia. Maybe Russian tenants do not want to be seen in Russia. But this is only an assumption.

    I can not understand what you need, guys? Do you want to see a real life or that girls get fucked several times a day, like rabbits? In terms of real life - this is one of the most interesting apartments (perhaps the most interesting). If this is not clear to you, then this is your problem, but not the girls. 
    As for sex, it is not much. Sincerely sorry. But the RLC is not obliged to show you sex 24/7. Maybe some of you should stop watching the RLC and subscribe to All Girl Massage, Intimate Lesbians or We Live Togetner? 
    By the way: if you put cameras in the apartments of members of this forum (including myself), I think the show will be even more boring. :biggrin:
