    when I first signed on to rlc was during the time time the s and h apt was down and I remember it to be notified as on vacation. but I could be wrong

    This is kinda what I was thinking. Keeping the under maintenance up and not just on vacation tells me theres a possibility the apt could be back online before kks return

    pretty sure I have all my settings correct but Im still not receiving notifications for content I start maybe I'm overlooking something.

    lol sworn to secrecy aboard this vessel! what happens on this boat stays on this boat! Hey you might of even have seen it in movie who knows. I've bought in that even the permanent dots per say are the braille as well.

    after looking at it even more i am more convinced that it is the braile code

    From what Ive studied from them today the permanent circles still seem to be same braile code as the ones that blip the screen periodically. but sometimes in different places

    The rep buttons are just what they saythey are, rep buttons! not like buttons I didnt think this was FB. There not like or dislike buttons. There about weather the person giving the rep thinks if the poster is trying to do something positive for the community or not!

    Yeah makes sense. Was just watching Vika in her room for a bit and the whole time there was faint ones everywhere and they didnt go away flipped over to kami real quick then went back to viks room and they were gone.
