I just know, heard her talk on the phone about the United States when talking to some family at 11:50 the day before she left, sending happy new year wishes. We saw the passport, some US banknotes (you said that, I could not say better). She posted two photos around 2 PM (Moscow Time), which would be pretty early or late in the States but her normal awakening hour in west european time. She was very nervous when packing and not any more when Dima came in, and she was not in hurry to leave. So the mystery is insolved yet. For sure she doesn't want people to know, at least for the moment.

No, UK is a pain in the ass for Europe : never wanted to be in, always trying to cheat the other for more money ('I want may money back', said Mrs Thatcher'). UK is a US colony, more or less, offering a very capitalistic view of econony and trying to force Europe to adopt it. That will never work as Europe is more social and humanistic than the US. We killed like 50 millions of people in two europeans wars, so we want to stop that and get peaceful and united. With the Brexit vote, UK lost a lot of its power and influence in Europe. We have some kind of Trump politicians in Austria, France, Germany and Italy, but the election of Trump is pushing hard against them. Germany is powerful and weak. What works is the alliance between France and Germany. France has the army, the nuke and the diplomacy. The level of life is about the same in Germany and in France. France has a high rate of unemployment but also a high rate of births - which is the weakest point of Germany, hence the Syrian emigration asked by Frau Merkel. In the US, California is paying for the poorest states around the country. Who is complaining ? Not even, or rarely, California. The German are paying, yes, and will continue to do so, as to get safe and prosperous. As California does. UK never paid for anybody.

Nobody has left the Euro right now. You are wrong. UK never had it anyway. Greece struggled a lot to keep it, as Spain, Portugal, Italy and so on. Euro is sliding against the dollar, which is a very good thing. It means that european's goods will be cheaper in the States and US goods more expensive in Europe. The British pound is getting down against the euro and wil get more down in March when UK will have to activate the point 5 of the european agreement : how to quit European Union. It is going to be such a mess, thousands of laws to rewrite... I think UK will rethink about leaving in one way or another. Frankfurt, Paris and Milan are struggling to get the City to their place...

You must be kidding. The dollar against Euro was extremly weak. I used to rent one my places in Europe to Newyorkers and every month they had to pay more and more dollars for the same amount of euros Now the dollar is getting up again, which means for European to spend more euros for the same thing if they are going to the US. Look at that : if you buy a BMW car for 45 000 euros, it will cost you today 46 800 $. If the dollar gets back to parity (one dollar = one euro) you will spare 1 800 $. Is that clear for you ?

You have strange games in the US... A part coming from north Europe and a part invented by cow-boys (football you call it), too violent for us europeans. Here, TV tried hard to show it, it never worked. About Kami, I think she went to New York and then took some plane to some sunny place - not Los Angeles where it is cold and raining, but could be Florida or the Bahamas. What I saw is that she was very anxious, nervous, agitated when doing her suitcase, confused about her tickets, trying to find wether she was right or wrong and calling Dima, and the next morning with Dima she was relaxed and not feeling any hurry to leave. Dima is the big brother who takes care of the beautiful little sister. We just must tell him : you do not try to fuck your little sister, son. As every one here, I am only watching her.
