    Since we have now agreed that this guest is amazing , the next step I believe is seeing her with any of her friends , either male or female , chances can be high enough that they are of the same beauty caliber and perhaps ratings go even higher for this apartment by sharing even more 😉😉😎🤩🥳

    This is because Mimi & Fiora had guys who were willing to appear on cameras .. Or they could persuade them .. or maybe they were first timers and not so experienced , they could handle easier any commenting or whatever . Only the girls know the truth , they have been attempts for guests in the apartment , so far , only Monica has managed to keep this place entertaining with visitors .

    With everything that is happening the last days , everyone seems not having observed a very weird thing ( at least for me ) , which also shows another thing . Since Malia coming back from her holidays or whatever it was , it is the 4th day and she has spent a very limited time outside of the apartment , in comparison to Leora for example , so as it can be enough in order to meet her male friend . I might be wrong with my observation as I am not 24/ 7 watching this place and also I don’t have replay , but in case I am right , I find this rather odd because the last period , Malia seemed to spend much more time outside . With that being said , the talks or comments that hardly ever concern Malia , shows that the viewers or let’s say the posters here have not any special connection with Malia like with Leora in order to speak her own things or speculate ... to which this in my eyes is a great Malia’s accomplishment , having managed to keep her so called outside life out of commenting and managing it herself without dramas like her best friend .

    In Prague , Leora finally discovered ( even by accident as she would have never left Russia if the apartments weren’t going offline ) , found out , call it as you want , what and how the real life is and the endless pleasures of the western world . And she finally understood that she needs to catch up with all the lost years of her earlier young life . Unfortunately for us viewers , in order to live this life , her “ marriage “ to RLC needed to continue but with Leora’s way of how the “ streaming “ should be and not of how the majority of RLC viewers are expecting things in an apartment . Personally and as a person , I am happy that even at the age of 28-29 , Leora discovered how the world is , as a viewer , disappointed that her decision to live this life isn’t shared at the potential that it could be in my opinion .

    I still believe if he was allowed ( invited ), he would have liked or at least I am sure he offered to come and see her , ask her if she needs anything and so on . But the way life is decided , it makes all normal things that should be happening between two people who have a whatever relation be more simple , actually seem so complicated with a “ hide and seek “ behavior , messages , phonecalls etc etc etc . I can’t believe that this guy hasn’t been interested to take care of the girl he likes . But the girl has chosen to share all outside , so , we will have to accept 😎

    Luckily for many of us here , we watch also other apartments and the money we pay per month , reward us , depending on each ones weird preferences 😎 and this apartment can always be there for the bonus 🥳For those who watch only this apartment , a big respect to their choice , analyzing mostly the what / who and when outside than the things inside .. after all , it isn’t much to comment when there’s no variety 😇

    I think the development has been in the right way , they were just not ready for the “ blow “ in Russia . They might had plans but Covid has put them on halt .. It is still not explained and difficult to understand why they didn’t take the successful couple apartments concept from Russia and expand it with more apartments in Rome ( or italy in general ) , Prague ( or Czech Republic in general ) or Spain ( not only Barcelona ) .. the only theory I have is the rent of the apartments , as in Russia it might have been much much cheaper or they were contracts with owners that are still valid and maybe RLC still pays for the Russian apartments .

    Even the story is nice , a girl who came to study , the local guy who met her , somehow he convinced her to try this job ( Southern European living people , masters of bla bla 😉😎 ) or it might be that you know her somehow and you have encouraged her to enter so as to enjoy the apartment so very much more 😏 In which ultimately we will get the always hidden proof , that CC actually collaborates with RLC for tenants 😂🤣😂🤣😜😜😝

    He is still characterized as “ boytoy “ ... this is the fate of whoever male is entering this apartment .. no one or few can accept men in the lives of these beautiful women .. that’s why we see less and less happening inside and most is happening outside .. and this is perhaps the reason they have changed the philosophy a bit amongst the apartments , that is letting the tenants visit one another .. of course not being able to live a normal life due to Covid while on holidays ... these group of tenants , the ones who entered especially from autumn and onwards , I appreciate them even more for their tries to keep us entertained
