    You're absolutely right, in theory 😛 But, in this case, they weren't out partying in Barcelona; they were busy or on vacation in other cities or countries... Moreover, whatever the reasons, good or bad, our disappointment is very real because we were expecting a party for Halloween. As a recent former tenant said: "There are always parties on holidays, of course there will be one" 😉 But it seems things didn't go as planned, with too many people absent, so no party. Let's hope for a party soon to forgot this Halloween no-party 😛
